Shredded filo pastry with a cashew cheese filling drenched in rosewater syrup

Knafeh (or Kunafeh / Kunafa) is a famous Palestinian dessert. Made in the city of Nablus, using a famous salty cheese (known as Nabulsi cheese, or Akkawi cheese), layered in between layers of shredded dough (known as Kataifi).

All the profits from our Palestine menu will be donated to help the Palestinian people. We are talking to our pals in the Scottish Palestinian Solidarity Campaign in Dundee to work out how best to get this money on the ground in Gaza at this very difficult time. We will keep you updated with where we are able to send the money. 

• Place your order by Tuesday 12 noon and we will deliver it to your door on Thursday afternoon
• 12-3pm for KY15 & KY16 postcodes.
• 3-6pm for DD1-DD7 postcodes. 
• For anything outside this area please make arrangements with us for delivery first before purchasing.
• Minimum order £15
• Food will come chilled and with instructions on how to prepare.
• Keep food chilled and consume within two days.
• If you won't be in then please let us know a safe space and you may want to leave a cool bag for us to leave it in. We will confirm when we have dropped it off.
